International Day of Peace Alliance Inc.

The International Day of Peace Alliance Inc. is a non-governmental organization established in 2005 by a group of individuals in Brisbane, Australia.

Its charter is to create awareness of the International Day of Peace - A UN decreed Resolution (55/282) to observe the 21st of September annually as a day of global ceasefire and non-violence.

By upholding the day and encouraging participation across all cultures, religions and peoples, we believe that a culture of peace is achievable.
